Condition Assessment Report (CAR)

Our CAR can help determine potential damages in disaster hit areas or meet Interagency Guidelines for second liens, when paired with an AVM. Provided by a local real estate agent familiar with the area, the CAR is an easy-to- read property summary. It includes current photos and descriptions of both the condition of the property and its neighborhood. Address verification and a map pinpointing the property’s exact location contribute to a data-rich report that you can rely on.

Disaster Area Inspection Report (DAIR)

Provided by a licensed real estate broker, our DAIR offers the following benefits:
